One of Chile's greatest debates is the order of ingredients in a completo. We turned it into a national debate: social listening, mass media campaign, and all of Chile sharing its opinion. Results: 59% ad recall, negative sentiment toward avocado reversed, Store visits increased 66%, and 71% of non-fast-food consumers now buying at the counter

We ran a social listening across Chile, focusing on 4 cities from north to south: Iquique, Viña del Mar, Santiago & Puerto Montt
